At Agent 86 Auction LLC, we stand by the quality of our overstock items from Amazon, Home Depot, QVC, and other trusted retailers. The majority of our products are brand new and unused, though some may occasionally be pre-owned, damaged, or missing components. We inspect each item carefully to provide accurate descriptions, but mistakes can happen.
Return Eligibility:
- If you receive an item that is damaged, missing parts, or has issues not clearly noted in the description, please contact us. We’ll gladly offer a full refund.
- To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Return Process:
- Please reach out to our support team by emailing us at Agent86Help@gmail.com with details including your Order #, what item you are wanting to return, and the issue(s) you are having with your product.
- The item should be returned to our shop within 7 days of receiving your order, in the condition you received it (we recommend using the original packaging when possible).
- Once we receive the item, and we confirm that the item is eligible for a return, we will issue you a full refund.
- Refunds can take several days to process, so please be patient. If you do not receive your refund within 5 business days of returning your item, please email us at Agent86Help@gmail.com so that we can resolve this issue.
