In-Store Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our In-Store Pickup Policy below to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

Pickup Availability

Our store is open for pickups during the following hours:

• Tuesday through Thursday: 12 pm to 5 pm

Items are typically available for pickup immediately after purchase. However, you will receive a confirmation email once we have pulled the item and made it ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before arriving to claim your item.

Pickup Timeframe

All items must be picked up by the end of the day Thursday of the following week from when the item was purchased. We cannot hold items past this timeframe, and no refunds will be issued for failing to pick up an item within the appropriate timeframe.

If you are unable to pick up your item, you may notify us via email at Info@Agent86.shop with your order number by the end of the day Thursday of the following week to request a cancellation. We will issue a full refund for cancellations received within this timeframe.

Pickup Process

To claim your purchased item, you must present a physical or digital copy of the order confirmation email. If someone else is picking up your item on your behalf, they will also need to provide the order confirmation email.

No Shipping

Please note that shipping is not available for any items purchased in our store. Customers should not purchase items if they are unable to pick them up within the stated timeframe.

Special Instructions for Large or Bulky Items

Customers are responsible for bringing assistance to help with the removal of large, heavy, or bulky items. Our employees will not be able to assist in the removal of such items. For your convenience, our location is equipped with a dock to facilitate the pickup of large items.
